Chiefly drafts and some proofs of fourteen of the sixteen novels written collaboratively by Vera and Bill Cleaver and of two novels written by Vera Cleaver alone, along with some correspondence concerning those novels. Also included are materials relating to novels written by Vera Cleaver and a series of general correspondence with publishers about the Cleavers' work and with others about arranging speaking engagements.
